Simon Yadoo

SIMON YADOO recently played his third consecutive season for the RSC in SALOME and CORIOLANUS after being very well received in HENRY V and playing in RICHARD 11 (in New York). In 2014 Simon was in HENRY IV Part 1 and Part 2 and an exhilarating double; 'Henry IV' and 'Falstaff' in THE FAMOUS VICTORIES OF HENRY V on UK tour as part of the RSC's First Encounters season.

Simon's extensive theatre also includes: DAMNED BY DESPAIR (National Theatre) MELMOTH THE WANDERER (Big Telly) SHORT AND STARK: JOEL HORWOOD (Southwark Playhouse) SCOOP (Lyric Hammersmith) HAPPINESS (Edinburgh Playhouse Studio) MY FAMILY AND OTHER ANIMALS (York Theatre Royal) 2401 OBJECTS (Lowry Manchester + tour) and a number of Shakespearean and classic roles at venues from Riverside Studios to Elsinore Castle in Denmark.

Screen includes: MUPPETS MOST WANTED (Disney), THE CONSTANT GARDENER and VANITY FAIR and Simon was nominated for a Van D'Or Comedy Award at Cannes for his lead performance in short film FEET. He has worked on stage and TV with comedian Adam Riches and is currently co-writing his own sit-com project. He's also on view in the award-winning web series WIMPOLE STREET.

Simon is currently playing in a delightful adaptation of classic children's book OI FROG AND FRIENDS! on UK No 1 tour after a successful West End run at the Lyric Theatre in Shaftesbury Avenue.
