Nicola Blackman
Born in Battersea London, my mother was Northern Irish, my father was from Barbados. Originally I was going to be a barrister, but got side-tracked and ended up in the ensemble of the West End musical SHOWBOAT. Since drama school (Guildhall) and a very short time at university, I have fortunately been able to work in the industry for over forty years.
