Howard Teale
Howard was born in London and grew up in Sussex. Whilst at sixth form college he experienced a workshop by the Théâtre de Complicité which garnered his ambition to act. A few years later he attended Mountview Theatre School under the guidance of Head of Acting Nikolas Simmonds and where he was taught by Sam Kogan, subsequently attended Sam's School of the Science of Acting. After graduating he co-founded award-winning Slipstream Productions which included Push (Time Out Critic’s Choice), Tales from a Pier, The Eight Foot Leap with Sam Kelly, and Love on the First Floor. Howard was fortunate to be taken under the wing of Thelma Holt in his formative years learning a great deal of the theatre world. He has travelled extensively through Europe acting and has recently enjoyed a sustained period in Ireland celebrating Derry ~ Londonderry's year as UK City of Culture.
