A native of Dublin Ireland, Ben is a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts (AADA) in New York City and also holds a degree in Classical and Computer Animation.
Ben’s first role came in John Steinbeck’s OF MICE AND MEN at the Lilburn Hall. From there, he went on to perform in two productions with the Gaiety Youth Theatre Company in Dublin’s famous Temple Bar.
Prior to drama school he studying Animation and observed from his teachers' methods a unique connection …..”An animator is an actor with a pencil, you have to walk, talk and react like the character in order to bring them to life ”.
During his 3 year spell in the States Ben worked with Origin Theatre Company as part of the First Irish Theatre Festival, filmed the NYU graduate short SLY FISHING and had a chance to work on the set of THE WOLF OF WALL STREET to see the great Martin Scorsese at work.
Ben has appeared in commercials for Google, Coors Light and Vodafone. He recently completed the Advanced Actor Training program with The Actors Class at the Courtyard Theatre in Old Street.
Ben recently made his tv debut in an episode of MAN DOWN (Avalon).
